Saturday August 11th, the Ndubuisi Kanu Recreational Park in Alausa will boom as
the mega music and concert tagged ”Safe and Save Spaces” for youth will be displayed.
The brain behind the concert is Mr Idris Aregbe (APC), Secretary in charge of the
concert, Lagos state, says the concert is to encourage and mobilize active youth
participation in the Nigerian Political Scene. He said the youths are very important in
every society; therefore they should be politically alert. The event is to help foster
peaceful relationships, grow business through innovative ideas.
It was carved out to create safe spaces that will inspire the youths in forging their
career paths in politics as a tool for building good governance in Nigeria. The event
would commentate International Youth Day with plans to thrill Youths to a double
packaged concert of Music and Message in Lagos.
Mr Idris said the International Youth Day was set aside by the United Nations to
raise awareness and draw attention to a given set of legal issues surrounding the
Youths and he hopes to raise the conscience of the Youths.
